Shainal is an Investment Analyst, where she works on sourcing deals, supporting portfolio companies, and partnering with founders to help scale innovative startups. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. She began her career as an Associate Consultant at Ernst & Young, where she worked on projects across the automobile and petrochemical industries, solving operational challenges at scale.

In her current role, Shainal works with the investment team to identify emerging market opportunities, assess potential deals, and support the firm’s deal pipeline. Her work involves structuring and evaluating market and company information to develop clear investment perspectives and support decision-making throughout the investment process.

Beyond her professional work, Shainal has played badminton competitively for over 15 years and represented IIT Bombay in intercollegiate tournaments. She also maintains a strong interest in tracking developments across the technology industry and pursues painting as a creative outlet.
