Praveen is a veteran in the asset management industry with over 25 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Management and Wealth Management across investment products ranging from Mutual Fund, PMS/AIF, Insurance to Equity Advisory & Debt Products. He was previously associated with reputed financial organisations like Franklin Templeton Investments, ENAM Asset Management, Birla Sunlife Distribution and Metlife India Insurance.
Praveen is a Certified Financial Planner and Post Graduate in Finance from KIIT University (KSOM), Bhubaneswar. He is also a Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer. Beyond his professional life, Praveen is passionate about reading, long distance running and staying active through outdoor sports. He also enjoys exploring places of historical significance and natural beauty.
Pulkit Mehrotra holds a BTech from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from Judge Business School, Cambridge. With nine years of work experience, he has spent three years in investing and six years in operating roles.
On the operating side, he contributed to early-stage tech ventures in FinTech (KarbonCard) and E-commerce (Shop101), focusing on product development, go-to-market strategy, and operational management. His investment experience includes tenures at WaterBridge Ventures and JP Morgan.
Beyond work, Pulkit enjoys travelling and photography. He has a keen interest in working with early-stage tech startups, helping them solve critical challenges, and exploring key technology trends reshaping society.
Sharon works in the Operations team at UIV's Mumbai office, focusing on operational excellence and supporting the firm's long-term goals. She brings over 17 years of experience in the Asset Management industry, with deep expertise in client servicing and fund operations.
Her career spans roles at Credence Family Office, Scient Capital, Cosmos Capital, YES AMC & Bank, Indiabulls AMC, Invesco (formerly Religare) AMC, ING AMC, IBM, and E-Funds International.

Vinay is the Chief Financial Officer at Unicorn India Ventures. He works on financial planning and analysing the company's financials as well as proposing strategic directions.
He brings over 22 years of experience in information technology and more than 19 years working with venture capital firms. His expertise spans international fund structuring, regulatory consulting, M&A activities, and seed funding.
Vinay holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bombay University and is a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
